Join WAN for a member-only virtual happy hour event! Seeing as we cannot go on a dive trip together, instead let’s swap diving stories: favorite dive site, unforgettable moment, the scariest moment, appropriate gear, upcoming dive trips, etc.

This Happy Hour is for anyone interested in SCUBA diving. All skill levels are welcome, and we have something for everyone whether you are "just curious to learn, need more knowledge", finding new dive buddies for an upcoming trip, or meeting new friends. A few people of interest helping with this event include:

Abigail Hils, a WAN Executive Board member, and a Dive Master and Skin Dive Instructor, will discuss the impact of divers on various aquatic habitats.

Andrea Williams, a WAN Executive Board member, and current Vice President of the National Association of Black SCUBA Divers will discuss her experience as a PADI Instructor Development Course Staff Instructor.  

Emma Kelley, a WAN Executive Board member will share her experience as a Volunteer Diver at the National Aquarium.

Lynne Mersfelder-Lewis, a WAN Advisory Board member will share her experience diving all over the world!

Please note, this is only for WAN members. The tickets are free and a beverage of your choice is highly encouraged!
