WAN is excited to announce the start of the WAN Book Club. Our first book is All We Can Save, co-edited by Dr. Ayana Elizabeth Johnson, WAN's 2020 Woman of the Year. The book club will be an opportunity to engage in deep dialogue about the climate crisis and the role of women.
This collection of essays captures stories, perspectives, and the distilled wisdom of some 60 climate practitioners. There are activists and campaigners, lawyers, journalists and politicians, entrepreneurs, artists, scientists, farmers.
The book club series will start April 21, 2021 and will continue weekly on Wednesday evenings for four (4) additional separate discussions. Feel free to attend one or all depending on your comfort. Our weekly meetings will also give folks an opportunity to get to know each other.
