Join WAN for a member-only virtual happy hour event around Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.

WAN formed its JEDI committee in Fall 2020. It is tasked with developing WAN’s strategic plan around JEDI principles, promoting diversity and inclusion in our events, partnerships, and community, and positively influencing/supporting individuals that were historically excluded within our community and the broader aquatic fields.

At the start of September, we are opening a Membership Survey as part of our Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Initiative. The purpose of this survey is to obtain a snapshot of our current membership demographics and feedback on your experience with WAN. Your input and feedback are important to us. We welcome all voices from our community, even if you were a past member:

This Happy Hour is for anyone interested in JEDI. A few people of interest in helping with this event include three WAN Executive Board Members on the JEDI Committee: Abigail Hils, Andrea Williams, and Lisa Wu.
