Our next Dinner with a Champion event will be on Monday, August 21 starting at 6:30pm in downtown DC. Join us for an exciting mentor dinner with Jainey Bavishi.

Jainey K. Bavishi is the assistant secretary of commerce for oceans and atmosphere and deputy NOAA administrator. In this role, she provides leadership and direction regarding climate resilience, fisheries, and coastal and ocean programs.

Dinner with a Champion is designed to be an informal and intimate group networking opportunity for members to connect with each other and learn from the career of a leader in the aquatic community.

Only WAN members have an opportunity to grab one of seven spots for this event. Tickets are free (however you will pay for your dinner individually) and will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
