JEDI stands for Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. These four ideals capture the culture of organizations that manage a diverse workforce and strive to provide the opportunity for everyone to succeed and participate regardless of background.

The WAN Executive Board needs your help in understanding the experiences of our community to better serve all members. We invite you to complete a short, anonymous survey. Your responses will be used to help WAN fulfill its mission to create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community that cultivates a sense of belonging.
