When you’re committed to making a difference in the world, it’s common to focus your work around what is needed, rather than what you’re particularly suited to doing. While your hard work has positive ripple effects, over time this could lead to a sense of burnout. Focusing on your authentic strengths – identifying them, making them more visible externally, and re-aligning your work to put them front and center – can help you renew your energy in the work while making an even greater difference for the communities and natural resources you care about.
Whatever your next step is toward fulfilling your purpose, you'll be more ready for it if you own your strengths. When you know your strengths, let them be seen, and put them to work toward the efforts you care about, you will make your most meaningful impact.
Join the Women’s Aquatic Network and Sarah Beller from Realize Change for an interactive opportunity for reflection and discernment.
This workshop is a space for you to:
Tap into your authentic strengths and feel more ready to let them be seen
Reconnect with why you do this work – what powers your dedication to the world’s aquatic resources?
Get clearer on how you can grow your fulfillment and impact by putting your strengths to work (even more) in service of your purpose
You'll also have a chance to learn about a way to dive deeper into this exploration through the Wellspring of Strengths circle which Realize Change will be running this summer.
There is a cost to this workshop. $5 for WAN members and $10 for non-WAN members.
