The most important part of your network is the people who are in it: the people who you trust, who support you, who you can vent to, and who have your best interests in mind. Our networks help us feel secure, happy, healthy, and successful. Yet, our prospects for building and sustaining our networks have been brought to a standstill. Many of us face barriers to maximizing the value of our personal and professional networks, especially now, when our traditional means for building and deepening our connections is being disrupted.
In this virtual workshop, Dr. Jessica Methot will lead us through a discussion of the perspectives, principles, and practices that can help you cultivate and maintain the critical relationships that keep us connected.
